What is Elf Artistry’s Policy for Returns/Refunds?
Anewall does not accept returns on orders for any reason except for damaged or defective products upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right.
REFUND POLICY:
You may return damaged or defective merchandise upon arrival within 30 days delivery. Once we receive your return, Elf Artistry will process a credit to your original payment method. Please note that we do not provide return labels or reimburse shipping costs (both original or return). Returns may take up to 14 business days to process after the product is received.
When Are Customers Eligible for a Return or Refund?
We accept returns in the following situations:

If a mistake was made on our end (e.g., wrong product shipped).

If the product is defective or miscolored.

If the product arrives damaged during shipping.
Note: Samples are non-refundable, and all sample sales are final. Wallpaper and wall mural products that have been installed are not eligible for a return. Please thoroughly inspect your product before installing.
How Do Customers Initiate a Return?
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product.

Issue a refund without requiring the product to be returned.
What is the Timeline for Returns or Refunds?

Return Window: Returns for damaged or defective products must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Processing: Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund notification via email. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.

Freight Costs: We do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our end or a defective/damaged product.

Outside Purchases: If you purchased Elf Artistry products from a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer directly for return or exchange assistance.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
We stand behind the quality of our products! If your wall mural or wallpaper arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll gladly replace the product or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
