Please note that we are a handmade company and delivery times may vary slightly depending on current order volume. Each wall mural, wallpaper, and print is made to order. This means your product is being made specifically for you!

Delivery Times

Please allow 5-7 business days for wallpaper print and processing time. Your order will then be shipped. Rushed production and shipping options are available for an additional cost. Please email [email protected] for more info.

Elf Artistry cannot guarantee shipping times due to delays caused by customs, holidays or natural events. Please allow a couple days for your tracking to update before contacting us. 

Customs, Tariffs + Taxes

Elf Artistry will not be responsible for any duty or tax charges incurred upon international orders. There should be no extra duties or customs to orders made from the USA.

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency of the designated delivery country and although they are not always incurred, they will be the responsibility of the recipient.
